I cannot say enough good things about Insurance Broker Direct and working with Holly. We were non renewed on our homeowners insurance after two claims that were completely outside of our control. After being with the same insurance company for over 15 years, it felt like a total slap in the face. Like most families, we do not have an extra $15,000 sitting around to cover disastrous expenses, which is exactly why we have insurance in the first place. This situation was incredibly stressful and upsetting, and Holly stepped in and did all the hard work for us. She truly made a devastating experience feel manageable and even pleasant. She shopped around, advocated for us, and ended up saving us $1,600 a year out of pocket. That alone was huge, but the support, patience, and personal care she showed meant just as much. Insurance Broker Direct was an absolute blessing to find. I tell everyone I know to give Holly a call. Even if you think you are happy with your insurance, let IBD shop for you. You might be shocked at what they can do. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely amazing.

Holly helped me find better coverage for a lower premium than I had before. She was fast, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process. Trust me, I have tried different brokers and different places, and this was the only one where I actually got a great deal. Highly recommend them!

I got tired of my insurance company increasing rates with no increase in value of the service they provided so I called IBD and they were amazing. I was sure to provide them with the exact coverages that were on my previous insurance plan and they were able to save me a significant amount of money. I would encourage you to at least give them a call to see if they can do the same for you!!!

We have had a great experience with Insurance Broker Direct for many years. We appreciate that they are proactive in reviewing our policies and making recommendations - both to our level of insurance and coverage and also to ensure we are getting the best rate. They recently reviewed our policies and were able to save us a significant amount of money and keep a high level of coverage. Their customer service is excellent - they are always there when we need them! I highly recommend.

Matt made our transition to a new insurance provider a breeze! He took care of everything for us. He is very responsive to emails and answered all of my many questions. I had been with the same insurance carrier for over 10 years and was hoping to find a better policy with better rates and what Matt provided to us exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

Matt did a great job finding us a Life policy that was far cheaper than others had quoted us and it was from a reputable company (ie we don’t have to worry about them paying out if the unfortunate happens). He made the process really quick and easy, following up with us at every step, and making sure we had all of the info we needed.
