I cannot say enough good things about Insurance Broker Direct and working with Holly. We were non renewed on our homeowners insurance after two claims that were completely outside of our control. After being with the same insurance company for over 15 years, it felt like a total slap in the face. Like most families, we do not have an extra $15,000 sitting around to cover disastrous expenses, which is exactly why we have insurance in the first place. This situation was incredibly stressful and upsetting, and Holly stepped in and did all the hard work for us. She truly made a devastating experience feel manageable and even pleasant. She shopped around, advocated for us, and ended up saving us $1,600 a year out of pocket. That alone was huge, but the support, patience, and personal care she showed meant just as much. Insurance Broker Direct was an absolute blessing to find. I tell everyone I know to give Holly a call. Even if you think you are happy with your insurance, let IBD shop for you. You might be shocked at what they can do. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely amazing.

I got tired of my insurance company increasing rates with no increase in value of the service they provided so I called IBD and they were amazing. I was sure to provide them with the exact coverages that were on my previous insurance plan and they were able to save me a significant amount of money. I would encourage you to at least give them a call to see if they can do the same for you!!!
